Adds an observatory tower to Moonmoth Legion Fort, occupied by a mysterious old man. In his old age, he thinks it necassary to find a buyer for the tower - for a few thousand drakes, you can become the tower's new owner; the old man will shortly leave, leaving you with a bed, modest storage, and the tower's balcony, from which you can observe the stars...

Notes: This mod is clean, but if you find any bugs, please let me know and be patient while I fix them. Suggestions are also very welcome. Possible future plans so far include: a trap door leading to an underground lab or dungeon, a pet nix hound, and a rocking chair.
