1. BACKGROUND
For me ability to create own scrolls was always something what missing in the game. Yes, you can enchant any paper item, but weak enchantment points not allowing to create powerful scrolls that you can buy in the game.
It seems not fair.
Also icon of enchanted paper is different from icon of scroll in the inventory. This is why I decided to create another enchantable scrolls mod.
I have added enchanter-trader who sells blank scrolls to Balmora Guild of Mages. There are six types of scrolls with different enchantment points at different price.
2. REQUIREMENTS
Requires:
* Morrowind.esm
Can be played with OpenMW.
3. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN
To install the plugin, unzip the file into the Morrowind/Data Files directory.
4. PLAYING THE PLUGIN
From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box next to the BlankScrolls.esp file.
