Hello, this is the first mod I'm uploading to this site please go easy on me.

This mod is fairly simple; it makes it so the speed of your weapon swings and the drawing of your bow are affected by your Speed stat, ala Daggerfall.

There are a couple settings you can adjust to suit your liking.

Threshold: This is the point your Speed stat needs to be at to be swinging at vanilla speeds. Any lower and you'll be swinging slower, and higher you'll be swinging faster. 50 is the default.

Magnitude: This affects how much each point of Speed affects your swing speed. By default it's 100. If changed to 50, it'll be half as impactful, 200 it will be twice as impactful.

Penalties: This can be toggled on or off. If enabled, any speed below the Threshold value will cause you to swing slower than vanilla speeds. If disabled, vanilla swing speeds will be the slowest you can possibly go.

Hand to Hand Bonus: Okay this is a completely optional and honestly kinda lazily pieced together setting just to compensate for the fact that hand to hand attacks are not affected by this mod. All this does is add a bonus to fatigue damage based on the user's speed, provided it's above the threshold. Besides the threshold, it's not affected by the other settings. Kinda cheap but I just felt like I had to try to give Hand to Hand something. Sorry, leaving Hand to Hand out was not a conscious decision of mine.

Speed Cap: If turned on, this will allow you to place a cap on how much of your Speed will affect your swing speeds. See Cap Value for more info.

Cap Value: This only works if Speed Cap is turned on. This is not the actual cap itself, this is the value that is added to the Threshold to determine what the cap will be. For example, if you have a Threshold of 50 and a Cap Value of 35, then any points of Speed above 85 will not contribute anymore to your swing speeds.

Affect NPCs (theoretical): If enabled, this will allow NPCs attack speeds to also be affected by their Speed stat... theoretically. The code in this mod doesn't necessarily only apply to the player, but I have no idea if this actually affects anything.
Affect Creatures (theoretical): Same as NPCs, but for creatures. And like with NPCs, I don't know if it actually does anything.
