Max a.k.a. ~NOBODY~ was the first to develop the original concept for this mod back in 2004, glow mapping the window models and scripting a schedule for replacing them through the day to add atmosphere to towns and cities. I was privileged to work with him to help resolve some scripting issues where Max ran up against limitations with the game engine. We managed to figure it out and the result was a bullet proof, lightweight mod which still does the job better than later imitations in my opinion.
I'm archiving this here as it's pretty difficult to find elsewhere now and out of respect for another great modder from back in the day.
