Flora Glow is a lightweight mod that replaces the original luminous flora with glow mapped models, giving each plant its own true luminosity.

Requires Morrowind only, but was constructed using TESCS 1.3 (associated with Morrowind patched to version 1.6.1820).
Description
This mod replaces the original Bethesda models for Morrowind's luminous flora with versions of the same models that have been glow mapped, giving each plant its own true luminosity.
The plants replaced are:-
Luminous Russula
Draggle Tail
Violet Coprinus
Important Notes
This mod should work fine with texture replacements mods that affect these plants.
It is unlikely to work with any other *model* replacement mods that also affect these plants.
If you use this mod with a herbalism mod such as Herbalism Redux by Mode_Locrian (which I recommend), you must use TESTool (see below for info) or a similar utility to merge changes to objects.

Repackaged the art resources as loose files and removed the .bsa archive as it has been widely reported to be causing problems.
Installation
Extract the archive to your 'Data Files' folder.
The default file path for the 'Data Files' folder is:-
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\Data Files
Now start the Morrowind Launcher and enable the mod by double clicking the name "Flora Glow.esp" in the 'Data Files' section.
Uninstallation
Delete the files "Flora Glow.esp" and the following folders/files from your 'Data Files' folder:
meshes/fg/*
textures/fg_tx_bc_podplant_04.dds
