Okay I think I know why, the line is a "hello" so it only has a chance to play when you initiate dialogue. I dont talk to random npcs much so I dont get many chances. Would be cool to see an "idle" version, I tried to do it myself but i couldn't figure out how to move the line from one category to another
Freedom of speech is only for selected group on this site, the rest are silenced, censored, banned, deleted. Even despite fact that dunmers naturally quite hateful to many things like other races, liberal rights and other stuff from liberal world (and they're vocal about it)
absovec, freedom of speech is not a thing outside of government institutions, but whatever let's say it is here and it's being silenced and whatnot. What are those things that are silenced? Care to say? Would you? Who's saying them? Something tells me they're not exactly... flattering. Also wild that you're equating fake dunmer people saying racist things to other fake races to "make the dunmer say trans people bad", it's very "WeLL iTs WhAt My ChArAcTer WoUlD dO" in D&D lol. finally "liberal world" made me fucking double over laughing, not just only because of how untrue it is but just how stupid it sounds lmao.
