Thanks for this. There has been a handful of mods I have installed that I am aware they put spiders in the mod, but didn't realize the " amount " they put in. Creepy Crawlies are NOT my thing, a few here and there are fine, like some of the spider daedra are rare enough in TR its not an issue, but some of these newer and awesome mods tend to use them more and more.
Am I being stupid. Is the mod supposed to appear in the launcher? For reference I am using this collection https://www.nexusmods.com/games/morrowind/collections/hvnlyl with the creature mod which adds spiders removed and most other mods updated, and I cant seem to get this mod working. It replaces the webs with moss but not the spiders or at least not the Dwemer ones and tbh I'm not willing to find out for the real ones. Edit: Forgot to add that I am using openMW. Edit:2 I removed the rules that vortex forced it to follow and that seems to have fixed it. The centurion spiders are now beetle things. So it was just me being stupid and vortex being shit.
No worries! I've asked Nexus on multiple occasions about when they'll ever update Vortex to be able to understand the BAIN folder format. Without that, it's very limited as a mod manager.
Awesome mod that let me actually experience SHotN properly by removing the giant spiders (notably in Angturiel)! Do you think you could update this to delete the new Spider Daedra models/textures merged in the latest Tamriel Data?
The person who originally asked about this patch (who does have arachnophobia) didn't mention the Centurion Spiders as being a problem. Though I guess I could see the name as being a trigger. But if it's the appearance, then there are several other six-legged creatures in Morrowind. Maybe I could delete 2 of the legs though if being 4-legged would be better.
