Now the guards react much more consistently - and strictly - to your crimes.

A crime level of 1000 is equivalent to a murder!
An exception: when you commit crime in front of a guard, he run to arrest you (even for the slightest crime).
Something else: when you play with Protective guards (that i highly recommend!) the guards are now harder with the NPC than with you: if you attack a NPC in front of them, they run to arrest you as always. But if the NPC attacks you they fight him to death!
So this is a solution for all this:
- if the guards know that you commited a crime, they must arrest you (even for the slightest crime): so we have to change iCrimeThreshold from 1000 to 1 (!). Very interesting...
- if you attack (or have attacked) a NPC, they must fight you (as they do to NPC (with Protective Guards) attacking you): so we have to put the "fight threshold" to a value equal to the crime level of an attack. This threshold is iCrimeThreshold x iCrimeThresholdMultiplier. And the crime level of a attack is 40 (by default). So we have to change iCrimeThresholdMultiplier from 10 to 40 ( 1 x 40 = 40 ).
- Protective guards , of course (highly recommended)
So this mod only contain:
- iCrimeThreshold: 1
- iCrimeThresholdMultiplier: 40
I made an alternative version for those, like me, who play with an attack crime level modified from 40 to 200 (for example if you play with the Price Balance mod - Crime part).
So the alternative version contain:
- iCrimeThreshold: 1
- iCrimeThresholdMultiplier: 200
Cleaned with tes3cmd clean.
You can use my work as you want.
Main recommanded mods:
- Protective Guards with Protective Guards - Factions and NPCs Protections
- Price Balance - Crime part
