MWSE mod that lets you change your head/hair without enableracemenu, and you can change the looks of NPCs too

Not compatible with OpenMW
This mod lets you change your character's head or hair, or the head/hair of any NPC.
The controls are:
shift-P: change your face (cycle to next face)
shift-L: change your hair (cycle to next hair)
alt-P: change face of NPC in your crosshair
alt-L: change hair of NPC in your crosshair
"Control" lets you cycle backwards rather than forwards, e.g. control-shift-P will change your head to the one you just cycled past
X resets to original head, still using shift/alt to pick target, such as alt-x to reset npc in your crosshair and shift-x to reset yourself
It is compatible with custom race mods and will select heads/hairs from whatever head/hair mods you have installed
It may not work with other MWSE mods which change heads, such as Friends and Foes head randomizer feature or Smart Heads--for NPCs affected by those mods, for instance, you can't change their head with this mod
