You seem like you'd be well suited to request this of, think you could re-voice Sheogorath's lines with elevenAI to bring him in line with oblivion's version? I think it'd be neat! If not no trouble.
The voice sounds perfect for the Wise Women! I think it'd be great to reuse it for each one. However, I wouldn't go so far as to do all female ashlanders, as this voice really only sounds appropriate for an old woman.

Not really. At least not yet. See the stickied post on Kezyma's Voices of Vvardenfell. My idle addons will work with OpenMW, however. There is currently one for Divayth Fyr.
Wow! She sounds great, and so natural, as though part of the vanilla game! I was just thinking yesterday, that the Wise Woman's voice would be a fantastic addition to those already done, and here she is.
