this is such a cool idea. i love that its just pure atmosphere, no need to muddle it up with quests or artifacts. thats the kind of thing that drew me to TES in the first place. good show!
the only issue i noticed is the conversation topic is always there no matter who your talking to, im assuming thats not intended, right? i have a couple of mods that tweak dialogue so it might be conflicting with something
I'd have to go in the construction set and check what filters I used for the dialogue. It should only be npcs in a certain region. For example ones in Seyda Neen or Balmora should not have the topic.
hm yeah it seems like just everybody has it top priority, im in the process of learning the cs but im still a noob so im not sure how i would check that
so this is kinda a weird question but i love the idea of this mod and was wondering if i would be able to install it so that its just the sounds (i kinda like the more minimalistic approach and i also dont use openMW so that messes up in vanilla anyways apparently) Thanks!
You could go in the CS and open the scripts and remove all parts that aren't playing sounds/delete the npcs etc. Go to this discord if you want help working out how to do that. It's the Morrowind Modding community. Or watch Danaeplays mod tutorial series on youtube.

Sadly they seems to just be swimming around in the ocean when I came across one for testing. Any idea why?
