This mod adds a lore-friendly basic house in Balmora near Caius Cosades house. It contains two floors with all the requirements one might need (meaning a bed and storage). The mod only requires Base Morrowind. It contains no dirty edits. I created this for myself and only uploaded it here as a backup source. Feel free to modify/edit/republish this however you want.
