I think not. He does look more like human. But in his appearance I like the hair, earrings and tattoo or war paint on his face. Most of all I want this head because of this :)
I can try to make something like this, but I doubt, it is going to be like 1 to 1 the same. This hairdo is kinda really complex, and I'm honestly kinda s#*! with blender.
You can just do the head with tattoo. I saw a head with stubble, most likely from a replacer for TR heads. You can just add a tattoo to it. I'll be grateful if you do just that.

The head in the pictures you have with the nord with the half coat of blue paint on his head, I love it so much! Can you make a variation of the young nordling with this half blue coat on his head. Also can you make his eyebrows a bit more fuller on this variation of the young nordling. So basically what am I asking: The nordling with thicker eyebrows and a half blue coat of paint on the head like the barbarian saga in the making picture. If you do this I will love and cherish you as a modder for ever. Thank you so much!

Im having issues where the face seems to be clipping or is getting affected by the lighting. I can see through my character's face. I'm also on OpenMW. Wondering if anyone else has this issue
It does clip a little bit, but it seems to be the nature of MacKom's heads. Can't do nothing much about that. I've cleaned the mod, try re-downloading. Also, OpenMW for some reason might work weird with my heads, making normal map textures really stand out. But I think someone in the comments had a solution.
It's the height map, gives a more 3D feel to the details on the face, like scars and all that. I use Normal Map Online and then just make them a 512x512 BW dds with reduced brightness and increased contrast (usually -9 and +9 respectively). But I should make a little warning, apparently, this method makes my heads act up, if people use OpenMW.

Qwertquit mentioned in a comment on his mod "Dras the Dunmer Legionnaire" that he no longer uses Mackoms heads, so the neck is missing on Dras.
I've asked if its alright (Waiting on a reply) if you would be able to make a Dunmer head that captures the look of Dras, would you be willing? :D
