There is a coefficient (0,75 +(current_fatigue/max_fatigue)/2) for definition of effectiveness of performing most actions by the character in Morrowind. So through the fact, that FortifyFatigue effect increases only current value of fatigue, but not maximal, there is an abuse with using this effect, which allows to increase effectiveness of using most skills dramatically, which breaks game logics. Whith this patch, if current fatigue surpasses summary of character's strength, willpower, agility and endurance, it's maximal value becomes equal to current, which creates pool of "free" fatigue points, like it works in original Morrowind, but without increasing character's skills.
