Can you explain how you got the replacer options to work? I have tried everything and it simply won't work. I'm wringing my hands, not knowing what I'm doing wrong. I've never had so much trouble with a mod.
I never used it but I would assume you just install it like anything else. Make sure you don't have another mod overwriting this mod's overwrites. Or you could go the "crude" way and drop it directly into the folder, replacing whatever is already in there, if anything is.
Apologies for being so late. Might help someone else, at least.
If you are using MO2, omwaddon are not directly managed. Make sure the plugin path & content are in openmw.cfg data="path/to/your/mod/folder" content=yourmod.omwaddon
On my side I made a bat file which automatically append omwaddon plugins when generating the delta plugin

Wait. Is this only for Open Morrowind?
Ah. Okay. The mod to insert them as new items is OpenMW only while the replacer options aren't.Apologies for being so late. Might help someone else, at least.
I have tried to activate it, I have all the dependencies, but simply doesn't appear in the game.
If I'm correct, all the owmaddons appear in the list of "Plugins" in the menu, right? But my menu only shows the default camera plugin TnT
