Thank you for making this. I just recently joined the morrowind modding community so I wasn't around to experience this content before it was cut and you have given me the ability to so so now :)
Just commenting to say that these things were cut from TR for a reason and Embers of Empire was built around them not existing (especially old Bal Oyra and the Telvanni Library, which have new content where they formerly stood).
If you use this, please do so your own risk -- I don't see a way for this to work without breaking things.
I can't say I agree with all the changes, like some of the TG quests being cut and Passion's Call was my favourite joke book.
The content restored was heavily edited to try to play nice with the overhauled content. And some things from Bal Oyra were never brought over to EoE, like Ilnori's Bakery, the smith and so on. Edited the description to make it clearer.
But it's possible that forwards compatibility may not be a thing in future releases, due to the likelihood of the leftover content being phased out.
