Writing now uses the rest menu, so at least 1 hour passes and it cannot be done in combat.
Writing is allowed between 50 and 99 Fatigue, but the chance of success is directly proportional to your Fatigue.
Endurance plays 1/10th of a factor in the chance of success, even at full Fatigue. For example, a character with 50 Endurance and 100 Fatigue will have a 95% chance of success. Raising Endurance to 100 equals a 100% chance, whereas lowering Fatigue to 50 equals a 45% chance.
Fatigue cost reduced based on the type of writing. For example, Verse takes only 65, while Histories and Biographies take 85. The effect of this is that Verse is less likely to exhaust you to the point of negative Fatigue and passing out, but Histories and Biographies will make you pass out unless you have at least 35 Fatigue over the minimum 50 required.
Added ability to teleport your agent to any bookseller except the one on Solstheim, as well as the Library of Vivec. Speak to them about "sell a book" and you'll get the option to teleport. Cayleigh will stay as long as you remain in the cell.
Added another short interview for your 3rd biography, requiring you to talk with Plitinius Mero at the Royal Palace in Mournhold to begin the book "Lysandus' Last Days".
Fixed dialogue item requirement with Arrille special sale quest.
