   This mod contains evil GMSTs. You should consider cleaning it with TEStool or wrye mash

   That command you said to input is just adjusting a global variable through in game console? I didn't know you could do that very clever :)

      I didn't come up with this. I just made the edits SoulOfLordran recommended in the comments of that mod to allow it to work in OpenMW. I don't think everyone want to have to make the manual change to use this mod in OpenMW so I uploaded this version. It is pretty cool that you can adjust the rate in-game.
