Inspired by a long comment on the mod's page by DukoOsshiiKhan, the part that resonated the most with me was the lore inconsistency of Vivec and Almalexia being more powerful than Dagoth Ur.
What it basically does is try to make Dagoth Ur and ash vampires have even higher stats, it also raises the ascended sleepers' soul value to 400 (like in vanilla). There's also a cheeky increase on Vivec's soul value to 1500 (to match almalexia).
Not properly tested, try at your own peril and make sure your character is prepared to fight a god.
List of changes
Ascended Sleepers:
- soul value -> 400 (for all, named and non named, can use the souls for constant enchantment again)
Ash Vampires:
- health -> 2x vanilla (instead of 600 across the board)
- soul value -> 500, except Dagoth Uthol that gets 450
Dagoth Ur:
- phase 1 -> level 100; health 1750; mana 1500; fatigue 1250
- phase 2 -> level 100; health 3500; mana 3000; fatigue 2500
- wrath of dagoth (spell) -> damage all attributes 1-10; damage health 3s 10-50; damage fatigue 3s 10-20; damage magicka 3s 10-30 (midpoint between the original mod's and vanilla, removed blind and burden which were more annoying than challenging)
Vivec:
- soul value -> 1500
