Is there any way to rescue a mod called "Creature Pack" made by mephisto from MMH? it was something like a high level enemies mod for morrowind that keept the vanilla look of enemies, just added higher ranks to them!

I ask because as much as i like some of those creatures, some of them look weird and a bit out of place ^^

Omg yeah, thank you very much for the link to it!

Its probably the best kind of "High Level" enemy mod Morrowind did ever receive. It has some minor issues but other then that its pretty decent pepping the vanilla enemies a bit up^^

We should probably give it a page to the Nexus just like Puma's creatures

Giants dates back to the early days of Morrowind, the final release was 2004 0r 2005 , and  probably the most downloaded mod  for Morrowind at that time with over 400,000 downloads way back then. The mod is not lore friendly and the quality of the creatures varies, some good some bad and some very poor , never the less was a valiant effort for its time.

The mod was not updated or improved upon in subsequent years and was eventually surpassed by Piratelords 'Creatures 'mod which was widely regarded as being a far superior product both in lore friendliness and in quality. It is perhaps true to say that Creatures is the refined and improved mod that Giants could have been had Pumaman continued to work on his mod.

Giants does have some value today, nostalgia and in my opinion as a modders resource , because although the majority of the better
models are used in other mods there are still a couple of unique creatures that can be salvaged for use elsewhere,

Giants should be compatible with most mods, openMW  etc however there may be minor  issues with mods that radically alter the shape of Vvardenfell  or which add new towns or lots of static objects in wilderness areas and just means you'll have a few beasties spawning in odd places eg in the air or below ground  or on top of static objects due to changes added by other mods but nothing too serious IMHO. HTH

It annoyed me to see the word Pumaman the title of the Modders TV act and the title of the modder who is that TV hero, cut into parts.
Puma Man is not his TV name nor his modding name.

Some day someone may actually try to locate his history in Television and Puma Man is not the title they will find it under.  Preserving this actual title goes with preserving his title too to the mods.  Do you Agree?

Sorry, I have no idea of what you are talking about. I don't know what a Modders TV act is; or of what TV hero or cut parts you are talking about.

It seems to me you are mixing "The Pumaman" the movie from 1980, where the main character is indeed the titular "Pumaman," with the Puma Man one of the modders of the Puma Team that made this mod. Is that possible?

History is what I am interested in.  You mentioned conserving the fantastic mods for posterity.  I am intrigued and want to know more. Help me gain some clarity.

    Desperately seeking clarity...
I play with both expansions so I do not need the other file. Soooo....what is the control file for? Is it needed is it optional?

Indeed, the other file includes alternate esm files needed if you use Morrowind and not expansions, Tribunal only, or Bloodmoon only. I put it separated because nowadays are not so useful.

About the control file, as far I can tell it contains a copy of the critical records of GIANTS and Puma Man suggests to use it if you have conflicts. Nowadays however, delta-plugin fixes the conflicts much better so I just suggest to use delta-plugin. I uploaded the file for completeness, but I don't think it is needed anymore
