You can do Bal Molagmer first then Thieves Guild. However, it would be nice to do more [a lot more] BMM Quests as they are more satisfying and does not involved in killing people! Indeed, you could do a "BMM Robin Hood" for the Charity based Guilds, think robbing from the Dren to give to the Imperial Cult or Robbing from the Telvanni to give to the Tribunal.Such quest could be used to LvL up Personality, Agility, Luck, Sneak and Lock-pick.
