Support literacy in all its forms! Books to throw, books to swing, books to boost your personality, books to boost your magicka, and many other slightly different versions of the books we know and love. These "off brand" books might not be readable, but they are available at Arrille's Tradehouse with this mod.

Version 0.1
Book It FIrst Edition, creates new Book-style weapons, scrolls, etc. sold at Arrille's Tradehouse
What this mod does Support literacy in all its forms! Books for mages, books to throw, books to swing, and many other slightly different versions of the books we know and love. These "off-brand" books might not be readable, but they are now available at Arrille's Tradehouse, a proud supporter of literacy in Vvardenfell.
This mod creates new "books" that take up your weapon slot. Although some have high damage or enchantability, some use enchantments (updated to provide some unique enchantments) to give a boost to mages, sorcerers, healers, bards, or any class that could give up a precious weapon slot. These books' titles are slightly off-brand versions of in-game book titles, therefore their enchantments or abilities have been chosen to correspond to this unique name.
Version 0.2 Updated on 8/17/23: fixed two bugs from last version: 1) cleaned reference to Ulumpha gra-Sharob, 2) Night Falls on Sentinel book icon. Created new unique enchantments for some of these items. Eleven unique enchantments added. The Spellbook, Grimoire, Art of War, Lucky Lorkhan, Magic Scroll, and Scroll of Sorcery now provide more powerful enchantments useful for magic users, like restoring or absorbing magicka, fortifying skills and attributes, and more. Progress and Truth, a book to be thrown, now delivers a frenzy and demoralize humanoid enchantment (careful who you throw this at). I Am My Own Grandpa and Lusty Argonian Maid were both given constant effect enchantments. Two non-unique enchantments were changed: Night Falls on Sentinel changed to a bound mace spell, and Mirror Mirror changed to a bound shield spell.
