[Installation]
For a manual install, go to your Morrowind Data Files and search for "Special"
It should be located inside your morrowind install folder
(exaple: Your hard drive/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Morrowind/Data Files/Music/Special.

Simply extract the mod there or copy and paste it, if asked to overwrite, say yes.
