Brickwork gives it a pre-bronze age, Conan vibe. It looks cool. I still love the old purple ones, even if it's silly but the new texture gives it something new, thanks.
Nice, I've been bothered by this for a while, glad I can make the ruins fit their description in-game now.
One thing that is standing out to me is that at a distant the ruins are still their default red and turn green as I get closer and the new textures load in I guess. It's a bit distracting and I'm not sure if it's an oversite with the mod or if it's something to do with MGE XE's distant lands not updating using the new textures or something. Gonna keep on using this one way or another though because it looks great and I've wanted this mod for ages now!
I use OpenMW so I simply do not have such headaches. But it indeed seems that MGEXE does not consider the new models and textures while generating distant lands...
