   Truly a cozy and humble little home. I adore the run-down aesthetic outside and inside, keeping a real 'roughing it' feel for former prisoners fresh off the boat. Close enough to two towns without being TOO close as well.

   Could you double check the mod your side. Going down into the basement seems to clip the char into the floor and lock them on the spot.

   Hi, I was wondering if this mod actually placed the house into the world? as the original does not. If it does where can I find the home? Thank you.

      Yep. if you take the road from Seyda Neen to Pelagiad you should run right into it.
