The Seyda Neen Manor is perfect for those who either do not wish to have a stronghold, or would like a house with more room and holding space. Your new three-story decorated cabin offers a kitchen, breakfast nook, bar; complete with your very own "bar maid," (vendor has 5k only for those who want more or less, please feel free to adjust in editor

The Seyda Neen Manor is perfect for those who either do not wish to have a stronghold, or would like a house with more room and holding space. Your new three-story decorated cabin offers a kitchen, breakfast nook, bar; complete with your very own "bar maid," (vendor has 5k only for those who want more or less, please feel free to adjust in editor), and much, much more.
Although it is fully decorated, there is more than enough room to add your own personal touches. A trap door in the kitchen area grants you access to the "basement area;" a comfortable cave setting perfect for the aspiring or accomplished caster and/or thief. Your new "hide out" also holds more crates, containers and baskets than you will know what to do with.

Added a functional patio on exterior and a few more touches to blend the house to the land. I also put in more containers and shelves, as well as increased the weight limits on all containers in the cave. In total, the house now holds 39 containers, (36 have weights ranging from 1k-2k. One has been increased to 20k) and six shelves. I modified the lighting quite a bit and removed the value on some of the higher ended items.
As I have gotten a few requests to note this: all items of value that have been used for decorational purposes have been modified to render them unusuable and valueless in the plug in.
