Adds a very cursed race, adds a occupied house in Seyda neen which is ABSOLUTELY no 6th house secret base, and a secret in Balmora. (Please note that this mod is not lore-friendly, I just made it for fun.)

This mod adds a very cursed race based on Pikachu and the Peke Utchoo easter egg (which is kinda overpowered, in retrospect, So don't use it if you don't want to be kinda overpowered).
It also adds a occupied house in Seyda neen which is ABSOLUTELY not a 6th house secret base, and a secret room in Balmora which is locked behind a door under one of Balmora's bridges. (The Key is "hidden under some books owned by a sleeping evil man" in a house in Seyda Neen)
Installation:
Copy the contents of the .zip file to your morrowind data files folder (usually called morrowind/Data Files)
(don't forget to activate the mod in the launcher if it doesn't work)
Sharing, usage, etc.
Feel free to share this mod and use the assets without permission, just don't sell them.

-Is this mod Lore-friendly:
no. Although maybe it's all an hallucination made by Sheogorath to fool the Nerevarine into thinking he's a Pikachu... or *cough* a Peke-Utchoo...
-Can I use (mesh, texture, icon etc.) for my own mods?
yes, don't even ask, just do it. If you want, you can even expand on this mod and upload a better version.
-What is the secret?
It's a room I based on another game. (just an easter egg really)
-How long is the mod?
Really short. It's not really a quest, more like a mod that adds a bit of this, a bit of that.
-Why did you make this?
I was bored, and wanted to make something for Morrowind's 20th anniversary. (I really love this game)
Spoilers for the secret if you cannot find it:
Underneath the bridge to the north of Caius Cosades' house there's two doors you'll need to unlock with a key that's hidden under the books and papers in the 6th house, house Dagoth room in Seyda neen, on the lectern in front of Dagoth Varnish (yes, that's also used to coat painted surfaces, I couln't think of any other name, lol), you'll need to take the book and the papers on it to be able to see the key, the key leads to a Harry Potter-based room with magic beans, why? Because I can!
