Dome lights will change through the night starting at 8pm. New sign variations
will come up every hour until midnight.

Requires Morrowind.esm only.

Installing/Uninstalling:

If not using a mod manager, place files directly into Data Files.

Meshes and Textures are in the "BF" folder.

Known Issues/Conflicts:
==================================================================================
Foreign Quarter canton will conflict with BCOM since BCOM moves the original
location.

Skydome replacers in Vivec will conflict.

The dome lights may appear jumbled in distant land until you get closer to them
and will not change properly with distant land in OpenMW.
