   Sorry everyone but somewhere along the way the boat out to the island got lost.
   
   v1.1 puts it back so you can travel to the village easier.

   Does this mod Riller-Mosh Argonian Village Travel at Morrowind Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com) allow travel to Riller-Mosh for your mod?

      Thanks for looking in on my mod.
      The simple answer though is no... sorry
      
      But when/if I get back to working on this mod it migh be something worth me looking in to more

   Are the NPCs inside the houses? Nobody wandering around the village?

      I think if you want the NPCs outside to show up you have to have either not been to the cell or have a fresh save
