Part of the May Modathon Month - Taking part in the Challenge for Week 4 under the theme "Love & Crime".

Can you solve the Crime of 'The Stolen Sweetrolls'? The Quest begins in Seyda Neen, where you will find that a new NPC called Pullia has set up a market stall (You can find her there between 6am and 6pm). Over the course of the quest you get to meet and learn the story of two other NPCs. One of them is mentally disabled.
The mod tells not only a story of Crime (about the stolen Sweetrolls), but also one about love in different facets.
Installation:
Unzip the archive into your "Morrowind/Data Files" folder.
Requirements:
This mod requires OAAB_Data.esm. You can download it here.
Compatibility:
This mod was made to work with OpenMW and Standard Morrowind (with or without MWSE). You can finish it in both OpenMW and Standard Morrowind, however there are minor glitches in Standard Morrowind (like the added NPC twitching slightly in place at a certain point of their Movement routine).
The mod starts in Seyda Neen and there are a building and a market stall added to it. It also makes changes to the exterior of Arkngthunch-Sturdumz. So if you have mods that alter Seyda Neen or the exterior of Arkngthunch-Sturdumz there might be compatibility issues. You're welcome to report to me with which mods you find compatibility issues, I can't say how quickly I will be able to make a patch though.
I also don't use any grass mods, so I don't know how many issues those make. I didn't make any landscape edits, however it might be that some grass is growing through the statics I placed.
Compatibility Patches under Optional Files:
I added Compatibility Patches for OAAB - Ashen Divide & Telvanni Mesh Improvement.
Those 2 Patches and a 3rd Patch combining the Patches for Ashen Divide and Telvanni Mesh Improvement replace the "The_Stolen_Sweetrolls.esp" so you can only use one of them.
I also added a Third Patch (Guard Fix) incase you use any mod that removes the NPCs with the ID "imperial_guard" from Seyda Neen. The Fix comes with an .esp you put in your Load Order after the "The_Stolen_Sweetroll.esp". It adds an NPC called "Publius Vitus" to Seyda Neen, that will allow you to progress the Quest.
Further Info:
The NPCs may look different to you (cause I didn't include the faces). I am sadly not 100% sure what headpack I use, but I think it's Westly's Master Headpack + Vvardenfell Visages.
