Really nice little mod whose concept I really enjoyed exploring. My only gripe is the loot room at the end at Level 5 basically gave me nothing which was a little dissapointing. I agree on the nice thematic home based point another poster made. The later area oozes that sort of use.
New Update is nice! but like I did with your other mod, I noted a few thing that you can change (or not) if you like.
Bug. The first corpse can't be removed for some reason, unless you have a reason for it, it best to remove that flag.
Positive 1. Changes to mobs not respawning is good! Positive 2. New room is great, make a good starter base! Positive 3. I was really afraid that you put loot in all those boxes in the added room, but I'm really glad that they are empty!
Balance. If you use loot rebalance mod (like I do) it make those "open 100" scrolls not spawn until really high level, with make the secret door lock a bit too high for this low level area, as there are no key (with lore reason), you might want to make it a bit less strong, 75 would be fine for me but maybe 50 would be better I think, it your choice though.
EDIT: Something I forgot to say, when you update your stuff it best to keep your files the same name, it make the update process more user friendly.
This is a nice little mod, perfect for a new character who want some loots (if they can handle swimming around). I found the secret room by the way, that was a nice surprise haha!
Little suggestion maybe if you like to do that, would be to make the mobs inside not respawn, this could make a nice little starting base for an Argonian I think, but having to deal with the rat and fish every time would get old.
EDIT: Nice! I saw that you made the mobs not respawn, going to update it and test it real soon.
Your first picture of the interior doesn't show us anything, but sounds like a cool idea I can use for my Argonian as an abolitionist camp.
Your map screenshots however are VERY helpful. Most creators don't bother to include those so thanks for giving us that! I'll check this out and report back.
I've been busy this week with another mod for the Modathon, but I do want to come back to this plugin with what I've learned and make it more suitable as a potential home for folks that don't have water breathing or furniture placement mods, since it's a bit sparse on the inside. It really is my "hey, let's get around to learning the construction set" project and with the limited time, I didn't get as much done as I would have liked. In any case, I appreciate your feedback!

The Flooded Grotto is a little gem - perfect for the newly minted adventurer.
