I have a couple of questions. When I get all of my stuff from the bag it pauses for a little time, I get a bit heavy, I have a lot of stuff. But when I want to put it all back in, it take a much much longer time. Is it stuffing my stuff into the bag item by item, or stack by stack? Talking of stacks, is there a stack size limit of 599 by any chance? If so I guess its a MW thing, soooo, what happens when I pick up more, do I get a second stack? Yes the crashing might of happened when in the BC region, thought it might have been an odd plant or something. Pretty sure it also had a problem other places too but I only remember BC for sure.
I believe the crashing that was occuring was from collecting so many items at one time. In version 2.4 I added a small delay between collecting each item. It is running much smoother for me. Try the new version and see if any issues persist.

Yes I know I should have turned it off indoors, but I forgot. Funny thing is, I went from interior cell to cell, you know going through doors inside that take you to another named place. Anyway, my suspicion is that it only crashes when there is something harvest. When I say crashed, it shuts down the game, creates a message in log saying it crashed and make a minidump.
Hoping and praying that this mod will be fixed someday, I sorely miss it for my alchemist characters, but it just completely doesn't work anymore and I haven't the foggiest clue on how to fix it. It always auto-harvests and disabling auto harvest does nothing, and I can't manually harvest either.
Absolutely vital mod when it works. And it usually works, but at random times I've noticed that pressing the manual harvest button will immediately crash the game, no error message or anything. I don't know what causes it since it seems so random. My MWSE is up to date and everything of course. I don't know if it might be the range I've got it set to or what (it's a little higher than the default iirc) but I'll fiddle around with it more to see if anything changes. The grazelands tends to be pretty dummy thick with plants, so maybe it's just too much at once??? Or I'm goofing something up, lol.
I can't get it to work with Graphic Erbalism. I load it after GE (+ the MWSE plugin) and the mod is running because I can enable and disable auto harvesting, but when I try to manually or automatically harvest nothing happens.
for any randomly getting an error from corn bread etc, you can add them to a list or turn off loos ingred gathering on the bottom of the mod config menu.
installed 10 mods over my already mod heavy game and had a fun time hunting down what did it.

What is the error that you get? Hard to locate a problem if I don't know what is going on.
