Summary:
This mod alters the strength of the Royal Signet Ring's enchantment to make the game more fair. While Helseth has the ring he will gain a bonus ability providing the rings full power to him alone, the "rightful" King of Morrowind.

Edits:

-Altered the Royal Signet Ring's enchantment to provide 1/10th its original power.
-Created an ability for Helseth to make up for his ring's reduced power.
-Edited Helseth's script to provide him with the ability that makes up the Royal Signet Rings' full power for him alone, the "rightful" King of Morrowind.
