Hello and welcome to the NEW UNIQUE LORE-FRIENDLY™ DWEMER CROSSBOW experience.
Put the ESP in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Morrowind\Data Files.
If you're not using Steam, then put it wherever it is you put mods when you're not using Steam.
This was tested using OpenMW, but I'm almost positive it will work with Vanilla as well.
I say "almost positive" because I haven't tested this mod with Vanilla, since I use OpenMW.
Anyone who uses this with Vanilla are now my UNWITTING GUINEA PIGS. Thank you in advance.
