Beneath the swamps of the Bitter Coast lies a community overlooked by the people of Vvardenfell, a settlement unlike any other in vanilla Morrowind with its own customs and traditions. However, your appearance is about to complicate things around here.
To get started, go to Caldera and ask about the latest rumors until they tell you of a certain Dunmer who is on the run from the law.

Tons of new NPCs
A whole new settlement unlike any in the base game, or expansions, of Morrowind.
