This is a great mod, but I think there is a bug where the charge meter on enchanted items in the toolbar show up as empty even though there is charge left in them? I have not tracked it down 100% to this mod just yet but I think it is this one that cause this issue
So I looked into this and figured out what's happening (I think). It seems that Magican't doesn't discriminate between spells and "cast when used" enchanted items. So if you cast a spell until you're out of mana and the fillbar empties, then switch to an on-use item, the fillbar will stay emptied regardless of how much charge is in that item.
For clarification, to reproduce: 1. Select a spell (in my case, levitate) 2. Cast that spell until you lack the mana required and Magican't empties the fillbar 3. Swap to an on-use enchanted item (in my case, Aryon's Dominator)
The fillbar will stay emptied until you select a spell you have the mana required to cast, and then re-equip the on-use item via the magic menu.
