   Can I use this for Oblivion? It looks great as a base for alternative Dark UI splashscreens.

      All of the permissions are open for use, that means you can do almost anything you want with it. The uploader also stated they are not expecting to be credited for this particular work, however, I personally enjoy giving credit where it is due.

      I like to check, as usage under a different game, even in the same franchise, is often not allowed.
