   the displays wont activate did I possibly do somthing wrong?

      Without more information it's impossible to say.
      But if you have installed everything and follow the instructions for use as described there is no reason for them not to work I know of.
      
      Do you have MGE XE installed and working ?
      Are you using OpenMW ?  If this is the case then that is the most likely problem... OpenMW does still not fully support Lua code.

   Will it be compatible with BCOM? In the sense of the shops location?

   Great job! I just would like to suggest to include meshes and textures in a single file, it's easier for us non-modders :)

      Meshes and textures are not included because they were originally released as modders resources.
      
      There are direct links on the description page for them to make it easy to find them though.
