DESCRIPTION:
Adds functionality to the existing Kolto Tanks that can be found in Medical bays around the universe. This mod replaces some of them with credit operated tanks that allow you to submerge yourself until your deeper wounds are healed. Scripts are adapted from the tribunal shrines to offer some much missed attribute, and skill restoration services to the universe.
