   It's been a long while since I've properly played, but should Balyn Omavel not be an exception and wear no helmet?
   
   I recall him being prevalent in a quest about punishing him for working outside the guild (and potentially without identifying as MT), so would it not make sense for him to be left without a helm in this instance?

   I love the way it integrates the helmet mod into the game,however I would love it more with let's say a 30% chance to trigger rather than a 100%

      Not difficult at all, in fact it's already integrated automatically if you have it installed :)
