      Isn't Telvanni the faction that accepts everyone as long as they have magical talent. They have the most non-dunmer npcs in any faction other than the Legion.

      Yeah, Telvanni aren't that racist, but they are also isolationist to a fault. The idea that they would all join together to build a library seems unfathomable to me.
