   If you sell the display cases do they get added to your inventory each time you find a medallion or only the first time?

      Short answer is no.
      Each medallion is different, if you find one you receive the displays for "that" specific medallion,  if you sell those displays you will not get new ones of the same. If you sell the Medallion and buy it back you will not receive new displays nor will you receive additional bonuses.
