This mod makes traveling by foot a bit more arduous & time-consuming.

There are three options for this mod: "Arduous Wayfaring," the more extreme, "Hardcore Wayfaring," and my own personal settings, "Editor's Choice."

Arduous Wayfaring (Main) makes the following changes:

Editor's Choice (Optional) makes the following changes:
Simply drop the plugin of your choice into the Data Files folder and activate it as you would with any other plugin. Only use one plugin at a time.

Arduous Wayfaring (Main) makes the following changes:
- Decrease overall running speed by 5%
- Decrease the effect of Athletics on running speed by 10%
- Increase the timescale by ~33.33%
Hardcore Wayfaring (Optional) makes the following changes:
- Decrease overall running speed by 10%
- Decrease the effect of Athletics on running speed by 20%
- Increase the timescale by ~66.67%
- Increase the effect Encumbrance has on running speed by 15%
Editor's Choice (Optional) makes the following changes:
- Decrease overall running speed by 8%
- Decrease the effect of Athletics on running speed by 16%
- Increase the effect Encumbrance has on running speed by 8%
- Increase the effect of Encumbrance on fatigue by 6%
- Increase stamina consumed by running by 6%
- Increase stamina regenerated while walking by 12%
- Increase the timescale by 80%
- Increase fast travel time by 20%
- Increase physical fast travel costs by 20%
- Increase Mages Guild travel costs by 40%
- Decrease rate of Athletics experience gained while running by 50%
Simply drop the plugin of your choice into the Data Files folder and activate it as you would with any other plugin. Only use one plugin at a time.
