You may actually be able to load it all without esp. Tribunal bsa has in_sotha_sil00.nif at path meshes\i Theoretically if placed there, new mesh should be used by Morrowind by default. Try it and hopefully it works (well, I can do it as well, just have to teleport to Sotha Sil's chamber). Edit: ok, this didn't work for some reason. Loaded mesh is his old form. No idea what happens here and why mesh does not want to be loaded at all. Edit2: mkay, so... this is weirder than I'd like. If nif is renamed to xin_sotha_sil00.nif and placed in the same folder game loads it just fine, but without animation as mesh itself is static, while both variants from Tribunal have short looping "swinging on cables" animation. No esp is needed in this case. Edit3: you'd need to properly add animation and animation controller, because all I did is broke, spagettified and crackenified model completely.
the construction set physically caused me pain when i made this, i might dick around with the nif later on and make it pluginless but for now it just has the esp ig edit: i should clarify that the esp just changes the activators model path directly morrowind is just ass-backwards when it comes to anything and its a wonder this game runs at all
