About this mod
Simply increases the travel prices for guild guides, silt striders, and boats; this also affects new land mods like SHOTN. The increase is at roughly 10x (guild guides) and 5x (boat and silt strider) the original price, so a silt strider ride from Seyda Neen to Balmora is 15->70.

Increases travel prices for guild guides, silt striders, and boats. The increase is at roughly 5x. and 10x.
These changes also affect new land mods like the Skyrim and Cyrodiil ones.
Below are examples of the price changes for the Seyda Neen silt strider (5x increase):
Silt strider
- Balmora15->70
- Vivec 11->53
- Suran 19->86
- Gnisis 52->234
---------------------Why---------------------
A small increase to immersion, early game challenge, and a small balancing of the economy. These changes won't really affect you much for the majority of the game, as progression will always leave the player too rich.
For me, early game, it makes me think twice about how to travel. Plus with a silt strider, it should be a little expensive to hire that "thing" for one person.
---------------------How---------------------
I've edited these records in game settings tab:
ID="fTravelMult" from 4000 to 900 (boats and silt striders)
ID="fMagesGuildTravel" from 10 to 100 (guild guides)
---------------------Compatibility---------------------
Any mod that don't change the listed records.
You probably also needs the expansions for it to work.
I use OpenMW, and I don't know if this works on Oldwind (but if it does leave a comment so I can update this
description).
---------------------Installation---------------------
Drop it where .esp's should go, preferably using a mod manager like MO2.
---------------------Load Order---------------------
I load it first/at the top.
---------------------Future---------------------
Don't really have any intentions of working on this more, although optimally I'd like to make some individual changes; for example the new lands mods costs, as they are really expensive, prohibiting a new character from reaching them early.
And as with all mods added mid-game, remember to back up your save!
