I know it's been a little while after you posted this, but I found a working solution if you'd like to try it out. I found the original download this mod is based off of. It can be found here: Archive Link
The link to download is at the bottom of the page. First, load that mod's meshes and textures. Next, apply the new mod after the old one. Once complete, start the game and everything should work out!
The bottom of the pauldrons and both gauntlets will use the old mod's textures, but overall it looks pretty good!
