Hmm, was it an amount that would've been restored in an hour without the mod? The mod makes it so that it will never take more than 8 hours to fully heal -- it heals no less than 1/8 of total HP/MP per hour (but possibly more if the vanilla amount would have exceeded that). So if you were at >7/8 of those values, it would only take an hour.
If that is not the case, I will look into it though and see what I can do to fix it.
