How do I tell if the mod is working? I tried a brand new save file, and got right after a Dark Brotherhood assassin attacked in my sleep. I don't see any significant difference, even if the difficulty slider is at 100 or 0. All npc characters do have potions in them now, but they never seem to use it, and it always drops as loot
No openMW Version at this time but possibly in the near-ish future after their advanced scripting gets more developed and I learn how to use it.
And this will work with anything, it doesnt alter base objects it does its magic at runtime on any mobile reference by using the combat event.
But only if it targets the player, so NPCs fighting other NPCs such as the brothers in the Helm of Tohan mod, or the sparring fighters guild members in Tamriel Rebuilts Old Ebonheart, or the kids in Children of Morrowind, etc wont get these buffs. Only if you start combat with them. So this makes it compatible with everything, whether or not its balanced Is another thing but that's kinda the point :)
Some older mods that do similar though moddy or hacky means but probably work on openMW
This one by using AOE spells https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/49596/
And this one by editing races and special scripting for the player https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/23876
And this one by editing every single thing in the game, obviously incompatible with everything https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43663
