A bug has been found and fixed, it was just a warning.
Note though replacing this may cause morrowind to initially throw a few more warnings (as it alway does) on start up.

It has come to light that not everone has all the needed assets for this mod :)
This will hopefully solve that.
You only need this if you have missing meshes.
