About this mod
Several houses (some more manor-like) in various locations, that can be purchased from their owners. Owners are in Balmora and Ald Velothi. Unfurnished, for use with crafting/purchasable furniture mods. Three are offered for sale by a well-dressed fellow wandering about Balmora, and the fourth can be found in Ald Velothi, near the manor.

This little mod will provide several rather nice houses (manors, in some cases, really) to Vvardenfell island, as well as the people who own them. There are two from whom you may purchase these, one located in Balmora, and one located near Ald Velothi. Each will tell or show you where the houses they are handling are located, and discuss purchase with you... at least, if they think you are likely to be able to afford one of them. As mentioned, four houses are provided; one is Hlaalu-style, one is a Telvanni mushroom-house, one is a dark-wooded "common" house, and the fourth is Redoran in nature. This mod was originally intended to be used with Morrowind Crafting, but may be used with other mods that allow you to acquire and arrange your own furniture as well. You do not need Tribunal or Bloodmoon, nor does this mod depend upon any other in particular; it is usable with Morrowind Crafting, RealFurniture, Morrowind Complete and others. We hope that you enjoy the new possibilities. And yes, we hope that you will try Morrowind Crafting; we rather like it ourselves. :} Drac and Toccatta
